Interns will play a critical role in supporting compensation strategies that attract, retain, and reward top talent.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of short-term incentive plans (MBO)
• Assist in the implementation and evaluation of employee benefit programs
• Help define and manage the salary review process and guidelines
• Contribute to compensation-related data management and HR reward analytics
• Assist in preparing competitive hiring offers from a compensation perspective
• Collaborate with various internal departments including HR, Finance, and Communications, and liaise with external IT consultants

Job Requirements

• Educational background in Economics or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• A detail-oriented mindset and interest in compensation strategies and HR analytics
