This HR Training Support Internship in Milan is ideal for recent graduates or students interested in human resources, learning and development, and organizational training. The role supports the HR Senior Account Managers in planning, delivering, and tracking corporate training initiatives while offering hands-on experience in back-office operations and client collaboration.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, consolidating, and enhancing customized training offers
• Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and suppliers to define course content and logistics
• Support classroom organization and, if needed, moderate sessions or platforms
• Create and manage training sessions in internal systems, track participation, and handle feedback
• Support preparation of documents for funded training programs
• Manage training materials, monitor inventory, and order supplies
• Organize and manage mandatory training (safety, compliance, privacy)
• Archive all project documentation and ensure system updates

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled) in HR Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Interest in HR processes and training program coordination
