As part of the Finance team, you will work directly on daily accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, performance-based bonus allocations, and compliance procedures. This internship is a great opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a large multinational corporation while developing essential finance and accounting skills.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily General Ledger operations, including data entry, performance bonus calculations, and reporting
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate financial records and internal databases
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in financial data and targets
• Support internal audit efforts and help ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Job Requirements

• Academic background in Economics, Management Engineering, or similar fields
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in finance, accounting, and corporate operations
