ProPath is excited to spotlight an exciting internship opportunity with The Kitchen, Kraft Heinz’s in-house creative agency operating across the UK and Europe. Known for delivering fast, culture-driven marketing solutions, The Kitchen blends creativity, strategy, and innovation. This Operations Intern role in Milan offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in a dynamic marketing and creative environment while gaining hands-on experience in managing workflows, talent, and technology systems.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

As an Operations Intern, you’ll be supporting The Kitchen’s Creative Operations Team across three key pillars:

• Process: Help optimize workflows, streamline internal procedures, and contribute to process documentation and reporting.
• People: Manage freelancer coordination, including bookings, onboarding, and communication.
• Technology: Assist with managing the agency’s tech stack, promote tool adoption, and support training and governance efforts.

Additionally, you’ll lead a Legacy Project by creating an Operations Excellence Playbook—a go-to resource for the agency’s future teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s student, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Creative Business.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive problem-solver.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for marketing and creativity.
• Interest in digital marketing and pop culture.
• Previous experience in a marketing or creative setting is a plus.
