As a Regulatory Affairs (RA) Support Intern in Milan, you will join a mission-driven team committed to transforming the future of healthcare through leadership, access, and partnerships. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing regulatory variations in both paper and electronic formats
• Archive regulatory documents and update internal systems (RIMS, Trackwise, PDM, etc.)
• Support the management of national Marketing Authorization phases
• Prepare Certificates of Product (CPP) and regulatory texts (SmPC, PIL, labels)
• Review printed materials and artwork compliance
• Facilitate internal communication and updates to change databases
• Collaborate on publications in the Gazzetta Ufficiale

Job Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Technology (CTF); a master’s in Regulatory Affairs is a plus
• Prior internship in Regulatory Affairs is desirable
• General understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and the ability to work both independently and in teams
• Good command of English and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with internal pharma systems (e.g., RIMS, Ariba) is a plus
