ProPath presents a unique opportunity for recent or soon-to-be graduates to join KPMG’s Turnaround and Operational Improvement team as a Supply Chain Intern in Milan. This role is part of the firm’s Restructuring Division, focused on helping clients navigate complex global challenges by optimizing their production and logistics systems. The internship offers an immersive experience in supply chain strategy, cost reduction, and operational excellence while working with some of the most prominent Italian and international companies.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support advisory projects focused on logistics and distribution at client production sites and warehouses
• Assist in supply chain optimization initiatives including procurement, transportation, and lean manufacturing practices
• Participate in the design and analysis of logistics networks, warehouse scaling, and intermodal supply planning
• Contribute to improving EBITDA and working capital by streamlining processes, optimizing inventory policies, and eliminating redundancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client goals

Job Requirements

• Specialist degree in Engineering
• Excellent command of English, ideally with international study or work experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong interest in supply chain and operational strategy
