This Training & Touch Marketing Intern role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about tech, communication, and consumer engagement. You’ll join a vibrant team focused on creating exceptional training experiences, supporting product launches, and executing in-store and digital activations across Samsung’s marketing channels.
Job Main Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Translating and adapting training content for diverse audiences, such as B2B clients, promoters, and customers.
- Creating localized training materials for various platforms, including YouTube and e-learning platforms.
- Supporting the coordination of events, roadshows, and product launches (both online and offline).
- Helping organize in-store activations and sales personnel events.
- Assisting with channel programs like product seeding for sales teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communication or related fields)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Creative thinker with strong communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.)
- Interest in tech and good knowledge of mobile and notebook devices
- Availability to travel up to 10%
